Creating your own diet and meal plan

Meal planA number of diets do not allow you to eat delicious and flavourful food, and that is the main reason people stop the program as the food tastes dull and unappetising. Also, the main reason a diet or eating plan is not effective is that people stick so rigidly to the foods as detailed within the plan that they do not allow for variety and choice. Obviously, a diet or eating plan that has little or no variety soon becomes monotonous and bland, and then people start losing interest and soon dispense with the plan or deviate from it so substantially that they are eating the incorrect foods. Another reason that most eating plans are not effective is that these eating plans are created fairly generically in nature, and do not differentiate between the different metabolic types that abound. Each person has his own metabolic type, and you should create an eating plan or diet that aligns to this metabolic type. The diet solution is a dieting and eating plan that understands this issue, and the main chapters are geared towards finding out your metabolic type, and then detailing the foods that are appropriate for that metabolic type. Obviously some foods are good for some types, and the same foods would be harmful to a different metabolic type.
